The Lord has been good to Stone Church this year. Let's celebrate what God has done and look ahead at Stone Vision 2021.
All Stone Church members and guests attending our Annual General Meeting are required to register no later than Sunday, October 17th at 3 pm (one week before the AGM). This is absolutely essential to confirm our ability to meet quorum and set up the voting process. Members who do not register for this event will not be able to vote. Voting details will be sent out on Monday, October 18th.

If you have no ability to register online, please phone the church office on Mondays through Wednesdays between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. Kerra will assist with your registration. Phone registration will close on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 3 pm.
Online AGM Booklet (Annual Report)
After you register, review the Annual Report, Audit Financial Statements and Stone Church By-laws. We will provide an overview of the proposed By-law changes shortly in video format. Please email any questions concerning the Annual Report's contents to vision2021@stonechurch.ca before Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 3 pm. This helps our presenters tailor their reports to address common questions.
